Full Service Program Management

Negotiate hotel and vendor contracts including rates, concessions and attrition clause

Arrange and monitor all flights with our Air Specialist partner

Build a branded website with registration and travel profile forms, current itinerary and other pertinent information

Budget

Provide and agree upon a scope of work, detailed estimate and payment schedule

Keep client updated on the budget and receive approval for any incremental costs

Update and advise on attendance numbers and attrition deadlines
